CHICAGO — A 21-year-old man was shot in the South Loop Thursday evening, police said.
The incident, in which the man was shot in his left foot, occurred in the 2000 block of South State Street at 6:21 p.m.
He was being uncooperative with police and taken to Mercy Hospital in good condition.
