MOUNT GREENWOOD — College students home for summer break are invited to sign up for a special gym membership at Saint Xavier University in Mount Greenwood.
The university's Shannon Center has designed a membership that will fill the gap while students are home for the summer. The memberships to the university's gym at 3700 W. 103rd St. are now available and run through Aug. 31.
Students from other universities must show their college identification to buy the memberships, which cost $80 for the full summer. Prorated packages will be available as summer progresses.
“This is a great opportunity for college students returning home that want to stay active,” said Jen Quinlan, director of the center that includes an indoor track, racquetball court, dance studio and more.
