CHICAGO — Zie Easterling, 32, was shot and killed in Garfield Park on Friday morning, police said.
At 2:52 a.m., officers responding to a call of shots fired found the man slumped inside a car in the 100 block of North California Avenue, police said.
The man had been shot three times in his head and multiple times in his back and was unresponsive, police said. Easterling, of the 7200 block of North Oakley Avenue, was pronounced dead at 3:16 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody.
