CHICAGO — Two men were wounded in a shooting near Jenner Elementary School Tuesday afternoon.
The victims, both 18, were in the 1100 block of North Hudson Avenue when someone opened fire about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, police said. The scene is not far from Seward Park, Jenner School and the old Cabrini-Green public housing complex.
One victim was shot in his leg and brought to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where his condition had stabilized, police said. The second victim was treated at Presence Saint Joseph Hospital.
No one was in custody.
