CHICAGO — One man was killed and two others were injured in shootings in the city since Friday morning, police said.
In Kenwood, a 19-year-old man was killed by three gunmen who followed him into an apartment.
In West Pullman, a man was was shot walking down an alley in the 12000 block of South Normal Avenue. In that incident a gunman called him over before firing a handgun.
The victim, 23, was shot in his right leg and left elbow. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center where he was in good condition.
In Jefferson Park, a man shot himself in the groin but did not explain to police how the shooting happened.
