Andersonville's Wine Walk Returns For 11th Year

ANDERSONVILLE — The Andersonville Wine Walk returns this month, marking its eleventh year.

From 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on May 21, some 26 Andersonville businesses around Clark Street will be participate in one of two routes for the annual event featuring 39 wines curated by In Fine Spirits, 5418 N. Clark St. 

"I'm always surprised at how many people outside the neighborhood attend, and I think it speaks to how curious people are about discovering the great vibe here," said Barbara Liang, owner of Painted Light Photography and Framing Gallery, 1742 W. Balmoral Ave., which is returning to the event after a brief hiatus.

Participating businesses include: Andersonville Antiques, Jerry's, Mercantile M, Norcross and Scott, TrueNorth Cafe, Candyality, Guesthouse, Milk Handmade and the Wooden Spoon.

Check in for the event will be held at 1 p.m. at the Swedish American Museum, 5211 N. Clark St.
