CHICAGO — A man tried to lure four boys into his van near the border of Englewood and Auburn Gresham on Friday, police said.
At 6:30 p.m., the boys were outside in the 1000 block of West 75th Street when a man in a van drove up and asked the boys if they wanted a ride, police said.
The man was described as 23-27 years old, Latino and 150-160 pounds, police said. He drove a 2000 white Chevy van with the license plate AG96771.
Anyone who sees the van or has information about the incident was asked to call police at 312-747-8271.
