CHICAGO — A man was in custody after he barricaded himself in a home against SWAT officers Thursday in Avalon Park, police said.
At 4:46 a.m., the man barricaded himself inside a home in the 8200 block of South Dante Avenue, police said.
The man was taken into custody at 1:31 p.m. and the standoff ended, police said.
No further information was immediately available.
