CHICAGO — Enjoy the warm, dry weather Tuesday, because showers could hit Chicago starting early Wednesday and last into the night.
There's a chance for rain starting after midnight, with more showers possible during the day, said Amy Seeley, a National Weather Service meteorologist. Temperatures are expected to hit the 50s.
Thunderstorms are possible overnight Wednesday with wind gusts of 10-15 mph, but Seeley said the rain could be spotty and only up to a quarter-inch of rain is expected to fall.
After that, the week is expected to be dry until Saturday, when there's another chance of rain, Seeley said.
Thursday's temperatures should hit around 60 while Friday and Saturday will be in the mid-50s, Seeley said. Sunday should be in the upper 50s.
