DOWNTOWN — Police said they found a body Tuesday at Oak Street Beach.
Police recovered an unidentified body from the popular Downtown beach, 1000 N. Lake Shore Drive, at 11:43 a.m. Tuesday after receiving a call for a body in the water, said Officer Thomas Sweeney, a Chicgao Police spokesman.
No other details were readily available. The Cook County Medical Examiner had yet to identify the body.
