CHICAGO — A shooting in Lakeview wounded a 21-year-old man early Sunday, police said.
At 1:14 a.m., the man was at a party in an apartment in the 2900 block of North Sheffield Avenue when a man, who had earlier been asked to leave, came back and fired shots, police said.
The victim was hit in his knees and taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.
The shooter was in custody, police said.
