CHICAGO — You're invited to Chance the Rapper's 24th birthday party — if you can get a ticket quickly.

The Chatham native's party will take place Sunday at Studio Paris, 59 W. Hubbard St., and feature special guests, Chance's manager announced. Proceeds from the party will benefit SocialWorks, the organization Chance co-founded to help Chicago Public Schools and other youth-focused arts initiatives in the city.

General admission tickets are being sold for $100, while a VIP table costs $2,000 and a premium seating VIP table costs $2,500. Both the VIP and premium seating tables include 10 general admission tickets, a bottle of Champagne and a bottle of vodka.

As of 12:30 p.m., Anthony Colucci of Studio Paris said 200 of the 300 tickets available have been sold in just over three hours.

Tickets can be purchased on Studio Paris' website here
