UPTOWN — A 60-unit development has been proposed for the 4900 block of North Clark Street near St. Boniface Cemetery in Uptown.

The development is slated for a vacant lot and a former auto shop in the 47th Ward, according to Uptown Update, which first reported the proposal.

The proposal from Peerless Development LLC calls for 12 units on floors 2-6 and more than 60 parking spaces, according to the zoning data.

The units will be a mix of four-bedrooms, three-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and one-bedrooms. Six of the units will be affordable, according to a summary of the project.

Developers hope to break ground on the project in spring 2018 and construction would take about a year, according to the summary.

The 47th Ward Zoning and Development Committee will review the project on March 30, according to Uptown Update.
