DOWNTOWN — M Burger's birthday is Wednesday, but the restaurant is the one bringing gifts.
The local burger chain will celebrate its seventh anniversary by giving away free burgers in exchange for any purchase on Wednesday.
Any purchase: fries, a pop, anything.
The burger joint from the Lettuce Entertain You empire opened its first restaurant in 2010 at 161 E. Huron St. M Burger also has locations at 5 W. Ontario St., in the Water Tower Place mall and the Thompson Center food court.
Free burgers will range from cheeseburgers to the restaurant's signature M Burger with bacon, cheese, pickles, onions and special sauce. Offerings on the restaurant's "secret menu" will also be given away.
The offer is limited to one per person, and the discount can't be combined with other deals.
