DOWNTOWN — Paul Simon will play June 14 at the Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island, 1300 S. Linn White Drive, the singer-songwriter announced Monday.
Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday and can be purchased by visiting LiveNation.com, Ticketmaster or by calling the box office at (800) 745-3000.
One half of the legendary folk-rock duo Simon & Garfunkel, Simon broke out into a successful solo career in the '70s and '80s. He released "Stranger to Stranger," a new album, last year.
Simon will join a summer lineup at Northerly Island that includes the likes of Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds, Elvis Costello and the Goo Goo Dolls.
