CHICAGO — A man was killed in a car crash in Bridgeport early Thursday, police said.
At 4:24 a.m., the man was driving north in the 3400 block of South Halsted Street when he sideswiped a parked car, police said. He lost control of his car and hit a city light pole and a building, where his car stopped.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
A driver was in the car that was sideswiped, but there were no other injuries, police said.
