Robberies In Armour Square, Chinatown Prompt Police Warning

CHICAGO — Police are warning residents of Armour Square, Chinatown and Bridgeport after a series of robberies in the area.

In each case, several men walked up to victims and robbed them. Police said the robberies occurred at:

• 8:15 p.m. Feb. 13 in the 2600 block of South Stewart Avenue

• 6:10 p.m. Feb. 19 in the 300 block of West 27th Street

• 6:40 p.m. Feb. 20 in the 300 block of West 31st Street

• 11:50 p.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of South Tan Court

Police said the robbers were driving a red four-door vehicle, possibly a Ford Fusion.
