CHICAGO — Two people were killed and three others were wounded in shootings in the city since Friday morning, police said.
Two men were killed and a woman was injured in a shooting at a party in Woodlawn early Saturday morning.
In non-fatal shootings:
• In Montclare, a 19-year-old woman sleeping on a couch in the 2900 block of North Sayre Avenue was grazed by a bullet fired from outside at 3:54 a.m. Saturday. She refused medical attention for the wound in her calf.
• In South Deering, a 44-year-old man was shot in his side and stomach after a gunman walked up to him in the 10600 block of South Hoxie Avenue at 11:45 a.m.
The wounded man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. The gunman got away in a maroon van.
