STREETERVILLE — A new 67-story tower underway in Streeterville is going to have this pool with a view.
New renderings shared by developer Related Midwest put into sharper focus the new tower it's constructing at 451 E. Grand Ave.
The tower, One Bennett Park, is an Art Deco skyscraper inspired by Chicago's elegant pre-war buildings. Once finished, it'll include 69 condominiums that start at more than $2 million, as well as 280 luxury apartments.

The project will include a park for the public, but those who buy (or rent) can get a higher level of fun in the sun.
One Bennett Park will feature not one, but three floors of amenities overlooking the new 1.7-acre park at Grand Avenue and Peshtigo Court. The "amenities wing," as Related Midwest calls it, will be topped by the pool equipped with cabanas and a vine-draped pergola.
The condos will be centered around "great rooms" with oversized windows, and also include kitchens with custom cabinets and large master bedrooms.
The park will feature "rolling topography" including a "hilltop grove," a dog run, a "play bowl" for kids and a "lawn bowl" for adults.
