STREETERVILLE — On a day dedicated to love, Lurie Children's Hospital in Streeterville is asking for the public's help in brightening the day of at least 10,000 young patients.

Senders can fill out personalized messages via digital Valentine's Day cards that will then be delivered to the children — like Rogers Park fifth-grader Emily Diaz who was recently diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.

Cards come in four dog-themed designs reminiscent of school-aged Valentines meant to bring a smile to thousands of patients in need of encouragement.

Fill your card out here.
