CHICAGO — This week's weather will quickly change between warm, rainy days and dry but chilly days.
Monday will be dry and see a high of 27 degrees with rain and thunderstorms possibly coming during the night, said Charles Mott, a National Weather Service meteorologist.
That'll change Tuesday, when the day will be rainy — with a thunderstorm possibly hitting before noon — but temperatures are expected to hit 51 degrees, Mott said. The city should get less than 1 inch of rain and winds will hit 25 mph.
Don't get used to the pleasant weather, though, as it'll change again Wednesday: Temperatures will drop to 30 and there's a slight chance of snow in the morning. There will be some sun during the day but it'll be cloudy come night.
Thursday will stay fairly cool with a high of 26 degrees, but the day should be mostly sunny, Mott said.
There will be another swing up for Friday, which will be partly sunny with an expected high temperature of 43 degrees, Mott said.
