CHICAGO — Willie Woodus, 15, was shot to death in Roseland on Friday night, officials said.

At 5:10 p.m., the boy was walking in the 11400 block of South Stewart Avenue when a gray-colored Pontiac drove by and someone inside fired multiple shots, police said.

He was hit in the head, chest and abdomen, and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in critical condition, police said.

Woodus, of the 11500 block of South Parnell Avenue, was pronounced dead at 6:07 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.

No one is in custody.
