LINCOLN PARK — A six-bedroom, 6½-bathroom home at 1848 N. Howe St. is listed for $4.7 million.

Listing agent Layching Quek of Ballis Group with Coldwell Banker said the 6,440-square-foot home was inspired by French architecture. It has luxury finishes and details including four wood-burning fireplaces, a cut limestone fireplace and range hood surrounds, a reclaimed wood ceiling, a silver-leaf vault and a wine cellar, Quek said.

The chef's kitchen features SubZero, Wolf and Bosch appliances, custom cabinets, marble countertops, a large island with a sink, double ovens and plenty of storage space.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room let in plenty of light, and the open floor plan accentuates the spacious interior of the home, Quek said. The master suite has floor-to-ceiling windows and a French door along with a spa-like bathroom with a separate soaking tub, marble countertops and floors, two separate vanities and a private lavatory.

It also has a den and several sitting rooms, one of which has its own bar, in addition to the formal living room. It also has a 2½-car garage and a private rooftop.
