CHICAGO — A shooting in Auburn Gresham killed Chase Lamont Dequan Taylor, 28, on Thursday night, officials said.
At 10 p.m., a person returned to a home in the 8000 block of South Bishop Street and found the unresponsive man in the living room, police said. The person, who had been out of the home since 6:30 a.m., called police.
The man had been shot in his head, police said.
Taylor, of the same block where he was killed, was pronounced dead at 10:13 p.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody.
