Bank In Andersonville Jewel-Osco Robbed By Man Wearing Spurs Cap, FBI Says

ANDERSONVILLE — A man robbed a TCF bank in Andersonville Monday morning, according to the FBI.

At 10:14 a.m., a man walked into the bank located inside Jewel-Osco, 5516 N. Clark St., the FBI said.

The robber did not show a weapon, the FBI said.

The robber was described as a black man in his mid-20s with a heavy build and weighing around 250 lbs. He stands about 5-foot-7 and was wearing a black North Face jacket, a black San Antonio Spurs hat and black sunglasses, the FBI said.

There is a reward for information that leads to capture. Anyone with information should contact the FBI Chicago office at 312-421-6700.

A bank on the border of Uptown and Wrigleyville was robbed Friday.
