BRIDGEPORT — A delivery driver dropping off packages in Bridgeport Thursday morning was carjacked at gunpoint, according to authorities.

At 8 a.m., an armed man walked up to an Amazon delivery driver returning to his truck after making a delivery in the 3100 block of South Normal Street, according to Chicago Police and reports.

The robber demanded the keys to the delivery truck, and the driver handed them over, police said. The robber took off in the truck and fled south on Normal Street.

The delivery driver was not injured, and the truck has not been found. No one is in custody.
