Smith Village's Memory Support Group To Discuss Relaxation Techniques

MORGAN PARK — A memory support group for caregivers of older adults with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia will be held at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 3 at Smith Village in Morgan Park.

Diane Morgan, memory support coordinator at the retirement community at 2320 W. 113th Place will discuss breaks for caregivers. The free support group will also include a session on remedies for relaxation and relief.

Yoga instructor Margaret McGann and massage therapist Eddi Goldberg Perlis will participate in the discussion. A question-and-answer session will also be held.
