CHICAGO — A 24-year-old man was shot dead in Morgan Park on Christmas Day, police said.
At 9:54 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to a call of a person shot and found the 24-year-old wounded in the 1100 block of West 112th Place, police said.
He was hit multiple times and was taken in critical condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead, police said.
He was later identified as David McClure, of the 1100 block of West 112th Place, by the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.
No one was in custody.
