CHICAGO — Chicago Fire officials are investigating what caused an extra-alarm fire early Sunday morning in Lakeview.
The fire started about 3:45 a.m. in the back porch area of an occupied three-story apartment building in the 500 block of West Wellington Avenue, said Chicago Fire Department spokesperson Juan Hernandez.
There are no reported injuries, but two people have been displaced, Hernandez said.
