CHICAGO — A shooting in Uptown wounded a 47-year-old man Thursday, police said.
At 9:26 p.m., the man was standing on the sidewalk in the 4600 block of North Malden Street when he heard shots and felt pain, police said.
The man was shot in his right hand and right leg and was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," police said.
No one was in custody.
