
CHICAGO — Three shootings throughout the South Side wounded three people Thursday, according to police.
• At 5:20 p.m., a 36-year-old man was shot in Riverdale, police said.
The man was in the 300 block of East 132nd Street when he was shot in the stomach and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious condition, police said.
• At 12:23 p.m., a 24-year-old man was shot in Ashburn, police said.
The man was on the sidewalk in the 8000 block of South Pulaski Avenue when he was struck in the buttocks and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in good condition, police said.
• At 11:17 a.m., 21-year-old man was shot in Gage Park, police said.
The man was in the 5100 block of South Washtenaw Avenue when he was shot in the hand and leg and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, police said. The man was being uncooperative, police said.
