CHICAGO —A 17-year-old and an 18-year-old man were seriously wounded after being shot in Brighton Park Tuesday night, according to police.

At 10 p.m., the two were in a parked car in the 2800 block of West 38th Street when someone walked up and began firing, police said.

The 17-year-old was struck in his back and was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, police said. The 18-year-old was struck in his chest and left arm and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in serious condition, police said.

No arrests have been made. A police source said the shooting appears to be gang related.
