CHICAGO — A 15-year-old boy was shot in Englewood Saturday, police said.

At 5:04 p.m., the boy was walking in the 4500 block of South Princeton Avenue when he heard shots and felt pain, police said.

He was hit in his right leg and was taken to Comer Children's Hospital in stable condition, police said.

The boy is a documented gang member and is being uncooperative, police said.

No one was in custody.
