CHICAGO — Four people waiting at a North Lawndale bus stop were wounded in a shooting on Friday afternoon, police said.

At 3:49 p.m., the four were waiting at a bus stop in the 1300 block of South Kedzie Avenue when they heard shots and felt pain, police said.

An 18-year-old man was hit in his left arm, another 18-year-old man was hit twice in his groin and three times in his thigh, a 25-year-old man was hit in his right foot and a 16-year-old was hit in his right arm, police said.

All of the victims took themselves to Mount Sinai Hospital, where their conditions were not available but they were listed as "stable," police said.

One of the 18-year-old men and the 25-year-old man were documented gang members, a police source said.
