WRIGLEYVILLE — Bitter temperatures and a snowy forecast Saturday helped subdue what's commonly regarded as Wrigleyville most popular bar crawl.

For the 21st year, thousands turned out for the Twelve Bars of Christmas bar crawl, a 12-hour event that spans more than 40 bars.

Snow began to fall around 4 p.m., and the Clark Street strip somewhat emptied out a few hours before the 8 p.m. end of TBOX.

Still, revelers found plenty of time to celebrate the holidays with creative costumes, cereal shots and stickers galore.
