CHICAGO — A 19-year-old man was shot in his head in North Lawndale on Wednesday, police said.
At 11:52 a.m., the man was walking in the 3300 block of West 16th Street when someone fired shots at him, police said. The man was either shot in his head or his head was grazed by a bullet, police said.
The man took himself to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was in good condition, police said.
No one was in custody.
