MORGAN PARK — "Mrs. Claus! A Holiday Musical" opens Thursday at the Beverly Arts Center.
The Chicago Kids Co.'s holiday show runs through Dec. 23 at the 400-seat theater at 2407 W. 111th St. in Morgan Park.
The show is designed for children ages 2-8 and incorporates plenty of audience participation. The hour-long show does not have an intermission.
The plot of the musical features Mrs. Claus and the new Elf Class of 2016. Together, they need to find Santa’s missing list in time for Christmas and save the holiday, according to a press release from the theater company.
Tickets are $12, free for children younger than 2. Tickets for groups of 25 or more cost $8 each.
