OLD TOWN — Police are looking for two men seen on a surveillance video after a Monday burglary in Old Town.

According to a Chicago Police and Ald. Michele Smith (43rd), a 46-year-old woman reported the burglary, which took place about 1 p.m. Monday in the 1800 block of North Mohawk Avenue.

The woman found the garage door open, a window pried open and items missing.

The suspects were identified as black men ages 25-35, 5-foot-9 to 6 feet tall and driving a black Nissan two-door car.

Anyone with additional information is asked to call detectives at 312-747-8382.

Police reminded residents to keep doors and windows locked and report suspicious activity.

If confronted by an assailant, remain calm, remember any identifying characteristics and never pursue an assailant, police said. Save any surveillance video, get contact information for any witnesses and call 911 immediately and remain on the scene if possible, they said.
