At Least 7 Burglaries In Archer Heights Homes This Month, Police Say

CHICAGO — Police are asking Archer Heights residents to be on the lookout following a string of burglaries in the area.

At least seven homes have been broken into since Nov. 4, police said in a community alert. In the incidents, an unknown number of robbers gain access through a rear door or window and steal property, police said.

The incidents happened at:

• 10:15 a.m. on Nov. 4 in the 5100 block of South Keeler Avenue

• 9:20 a.m. on Nov. 5 in the 5200 block of South Kostner Avenue

• 10:20 p.m. on Nov. 5 in the 4800 block of South Kolin Avenue

• 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 9 in the 5100 block of South Tripp Avenue

• 6:50 a.m. on Nov. 10 in the 5000 block of South Keeler Avenue

• 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 11 in th 4900 block of South Knox Avenue

• 11:15 p.m. on Nov. 13 in the 4800 block of South Kostner Avenue

Police do not have a physical description of the burglars. Anyone with information on the cases is asked to call area detectives at 312-747-8382.
