CHICAGO — A 23-year-old man was shot and seriously wounded in Garfield Park on Tuesday, police said.
At 11:23 a.m., the man was in the 3400 block of West Fulton Boulevard when he was shot seven times in his torso and leg, police said.
The man took himself to Stroger Hospital and was in serious condition, police said.
