There's A Lego Version Of The Cubs Winning Game 7 Of The World Series

CHICAGO — You know it's important when your achievement is immortalized in Legos.

The epic, stomach-churning Game 7 of the 2016 World Series is now in Lego form, marking the twists and turns of the game that made the Chicago Cubs World Series champs.

The details in the video by TheFourMonkeys.com is spot-on, complete with Jason Heyward's lockerroom speech, Kris Bryant smiling as he fields the last out and Anthony Rizzo sticking the ball in his back pocket before joining the victory celebration.

 

 

The Cubs and Wrigley Field are 95 percent owned by an entity controlled by a trust established for the benefit of the family of Joe Ricketts, owner and CEO of DNAinfo.com. Joe Ricketts has no direct involvement in the management of the iconic team.
