CHICAGO — A 36-year-old man was shot to death in West Elsdon early Sunday, police said.
At 12:30 a.m., the man was sitting in the driver's seat of a parked car in the 5600 block of South Kolmar Avenue when someone in a silver sedan pulled up alongside and fired shots, police said.
He was hit in the side of his torso and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
No one was in custody.
