CHICAGO — An 18-year-old man was wounded in an East Garfield Park shooting early Thursday, according to police.

The man was in the 3500 block of West Jackson Boulevard at 9:20 a.m. when shots rang out, police said.

He was struck in his left hand and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.

No arrests have been made, according to police.
