CHICAGO — An Englewood man shot multiple times Saturday has died from his injuries, authorities say.

7:23 p.m., the 36-year-old man was outside in the 1100 block of West 57th Street when a dark car drove by and someone inside began firing, police said.

The man was struck in his chest, arms and hip and was taken to Stroger Hospital in critical condition, police said. He died at 3:47 a.m. on Sunday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.

The man was identified as Walter McCurry, of the 6300 block of South Morgan Avenue.

No arrests have been made, police said.
