EAST SIDE — A collision between a motorcycle and an SUV left three people dead and another critically injured on the city's Southeast Side Monday night, police said.

At 10:20 p.m., two women were in an SUV making a left turn onto the 10500 block of South Indianapolis Avenue when a motorcycle traveling east on 105th Street ran a red light and crashed into the side of the larger vehicle, according to Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The motorcycle's driver and his passenger were both killed, Pacheco said. The front seat passenger of the SUV also died.

The driver of the SUV was brought to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where she was listed in critical condition, police said.
