By Joe Ward | September 28, 2016 4:37pm

CHICAGO — A 32-year-old man was found shot to death in his Ashburn home Tuesday afternoon, according to police.

At 4:29 p.m., Arian J. Smith was found in his kitchen at his home in the 3800 block of West 84th Place, said Officer Kevin Quaid, a Chicago Police spokesman. He was found with a gunshot wound to his head, Quaid said.

Authorities pronounced him dead at the scene, Quaid said.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's office identified the man Wednesday. He lived in the house where he was found and his death has been ruled a homicide, according to the medical examiner.

No arrests have been made, Quaid said.
