NORTH LAWNDALE — Two teenagers were shot and wounded on the city's West Side early Monday afternoon, police said.
At 12:45 p.m., the teens, 15 and 17, were shot in the 3800 block of West Roosevelt Road, according to Officer Michelle Tannehill, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.
Police could not immediately provide any other information on the shooting but said both teens are documented gang members.
No one was in custody for the shooting, police said.
