BACK OF THE YARDS — If you’re struggling to cook up healthy food on a budget, the Back of the Yards Library has an upcoming class you might want to check out.

At 11 a.m. Saturday, the library will host EverThrive Illinois for a “Cooking Matters” workshop.

The free class at 2111 W. 47th St. will teach students how to buy healthy food on a budget. Instructors will provide recipes for delicious dishes to try at home.
