CHICAGO -- Mayor Rahm Emanuel, as many Chicagoans have done before him, took an out-of-town guest to the Green Mill in Uptown Thursday night.
Emanuel's press office released a photo late Thursday showing Chicago's mayor and London Mayor Sadiq Khan outside the famed jazz club on Broadway.
No word if he brought up Al Capone, but most of us have when bringing guests to the mob boss' old haunt.
The stop is part of Khan's first-ever visit to Chicago as mayor. The visit is also the first U.S. city Khan has toured since being elected earlier this year.
Also on the agenda is a tour of Chicago's growing Riverwalk, a visit to the 1871 tech incubator and a tour of the soon-to-open Whole Foods in Englewood.
It wraps up with a visit to the Art Institute, where chef Graham Elliot will cater a dinner.
