GOLD COAST — A 19th century Brownstone in the Gold Coast is back on the market for $6.85 million.

The five-bedroom mansion at 1440 N. Dearborn Parkway was first built in 1891 but has been completely renovated, according to the listing.

The four-story home now includes six fireplaces, a wood-paneled study, and a top-floor master suite with a roof terrace.

"The home is a great blend of classic architecture modernized for today's luxury buyer," listing agent Melinda Jakovich of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Koenig Rubloff says in the listing. 

The home was relisted Sunday at the same price it was asking two years ago. Cook County property records show Benita Levy, a local executive at defunct trading firm MF Global, paid about $4.98 million in 2009 for the home. 

The home — now the ninth most expensive listed for sale in the Gold Coast — paid more than $20,000 in property taxes in 2013, records show. Click the slideshow above or scroll down below for more looks at the Brownstone:
